Providence Health & Services External Interfaces Account Manager in Portland, Oregon
Providence is calling an External Interfaces Account Manager (Full-time, Days) to Providence Office Park in Portland, OR.
For this role, we are looking for a self-motivated candidate who enjoys trouble shooting within interfaces, has superior team work skills, and is excited to get at the root of information flow.

In this position, you will:
Be a specialist/knowledge holder for outreach HL7 interfaces.
Be the main point of contact for account executives and customers in solving service and results delivery, questions about services, etc.
Notify interface account executives of issues that may require a face to face visit by assigning task tickets in our CRM.
Be responsible for answering client service phone calls and performing other client service duties as needed.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High school diploma or equivalent
5 years of experience in healthcare customer service
Proven IT skills (Microsoft Office suite)
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Healthcare information systems super user experience
Superior communication skills and client management skills
CRM experience, especially dynamics
