Providence Digital Workspace Administrator PSJH in Beaverton, Oregon

Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Digital Workspace Administrator PSJH to our location in Renton, WA; Redmond, WA; Portland, OR; Beaverton, OR; Anaheim, CA.

We are seeking a Digital Workspace Administrator PSJH to provide technical support for the Digital Workspace environment including operational support, assessment and implementation of new capabilities, and providing Information Technology with a long-term perspective on the relationship of Digital Workspace technology to support the Digital Workspace Technologies for PSJH and affiliated organizations.

Essential job responsibilities include: technical support, implementation of digital solutions.

Experience in digital workspace technologies. Also an enthusiast and evangelist of digital workspace solutions.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with team, implements technical solutions and architecture in support of operational needs or projects and in line with design/development/support standards, configuration and development of complex Digital Workspace solutions to include bu not limited to (MS SharePoint all versions (2010 and higher), PowerApps, MS OneDrive, MS Teams, MS Yammer, JavaScripting, MVC, ASP.NET, SQL Server) and supporting technical road maps, and support of and maximization of application usefulness.

  • Assist in the execution of the digital workspace strategy to ensure functional and strategic alignment across the most significant digital workspace capabilities.

  • Understand operational processes across a diverse set of business lines and technology platforms. Requires both the ability to work independently and the ability to influence across all levels within the organization.

  • Play a role in the configuration and development of individual components and packaged implementations. Analyzes business requirements and converts them into functional solutions that will boost revenue generation and efficiency by using knowledge of Digital Workspace application functions and customization options. Works with development team to implement innovative solutions with a focus on adhering to standards, best practices and code quality techniques.

  • Foster innovation, communicates ideas and roadmaps, recommends enhancements, implements best practices and closely monitors technology trends.

  • Has a track record of technical and business excellence with the proven ability to participate in and solve customer business problems with end-to-end technology solutions.

  • Experience in digital workspace and intranet specific industry and Enterprise environment.

  • Assists in problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables.

  • Apply analysis and technical skills and experience in the domain of customer relationship management to define appropriate customer solutions. System Monitoring and Management, Internal Support, Reporting, Administration, Process Development.

  • Perform rotational on call responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline or equivalent education/experience.

  • 3 years experience in Digital Workspace Application Support

  • 3 years experience in Application Solution Design and Implementation

  • 3 years experience in Functional Application Design

  • Understanding Digital Workspace Standards and Best Practice

  • Experience using Team Foundation Server or related source control repository, for User Story Management

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Apple Business Manager

  • Intune Mobility

  • Power BI

  • PowerShell

  • Azure AD Understanding

  • Deployment of various profiles via a Mobile Device Manager

  • Technical Writing

  • Remote Support - Direct to User/IS to IS
