The Manager of Training & Support is....
Responsible for developing, deploying and leading a corporate technology and customer service/contact center training strategy.
Responsible for the management and direction of all operational and technical training activities in support of the development of staff competencies and professional development across the customer service organization.
Identifies, develops, and provides end user training in response to organizational initiatives and ongoing technology and operational resource usage.
Works with PHP management to analyze organizational, process, procedural, workflow and technology changes.
Secures enterprise level resources to assist with needs assessment and curriculum development in order to develop and implement needs-based training programs to support achievement of organizational caregiver and business goals.
Responsible for developing course materials, identification of systems to meet teaching needs, set-up of the training program, and teaching classes to end users.
Seeks out and partner with PSJH and PHP operational leadership to identify gaps in organizational knowledge leading to support initiatives such as training, and job aids.
Responsible for documenting process changes related to the implementation of, or changes to processes methodologies, work flows and software.
Manages Super Users and Trainers in their duties such as supporting/training on technical applications, processes, procedures and workflow.
Ultimately, the Manager will lead caregiver skill development to improve quality of work, productivity and retention.
The position develops and maintains staff morale through two-way communication, just and respectful treatment, recognition of accomplishments, and compliance with employment regulations and PHP policies.
Creating, implementing and managing E-learning platforms and/or software.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management and Development, Behavioral Science, Education, Business Administration, Nursing or equivalent education/experience.
5 years experience in defining training curricula, writing training materials and technical documentation.
Creating and maintaining education methodologies to support an application throughout its life cycle.
Experience standardizing complex and disparate processes.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Master's Degree in Organizational Management and Development, Behavioral Science, Education, Business Administration, Nursing or equivalent education/experience
8 years experience in a training role, preferably in a corporate healthcare/managed care environment, along with 3 or more years of management experience.
3 years experience in a health related field.
Experience with Learning Management software, AI/Analytics and Visio products.
Certification or Licensure in Instructional Design or Learning Development.
