Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1 year of customer service experience or successful completion of a Providence internship

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Windows and Office applications

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• Some college

• 1 year of medical office or healthcare experience

• Basic experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and/or computerized billing systems

• Medical terminology experience
