RN - Operating Room / Circulator at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center in Oregon City, OR. This is a ful-time position working 10-hours shifts with required Call rotations. $10,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center has 6 operating rooms that serve our local community. We offer a wide range of surgical services, including an orthopedic robot and advanced spine technologies. We have a team of approximately 35 caregivers comprised of nurses, surgical techs, anesthesia techs, and perioperative aides that work well together, support one another, and have fun while providing excellent patient care. Qualifications:

Required qualifications in this position includes:

  • Nursing degree/diploma required upon hire

  • All Registered Nurses without a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing must obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher within three (3) years of hire

  • A RN with twenty (20) years of RN experience will not be required to obtain a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN)

  • Unencumbered RN license in state(s) of hire, and wherever care is delivered

  • If RN holds a multistate license through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC), the RN must adhere to the requirements of licensure in the new state(s) of hire

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) card must be from the following authorized governing bodies:

  • American Heart Association (AHA) - (BLS Provider),

  • American Red Cross (ARC) - (BLS for Health Care Provider), -OR-

  • Military Training Network (MTN) – (Healthcare Provider) upon hire

  • One (1) year acute care experience working with the patient population similar to Surgical Services -OR- completion of the specialty residency located at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center

Preferred qualifications on this position includes:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

  • National Certification in Surgical Services
