Providence Clinical Trials Coordinator in Portland, Oregon
Providence is calling a Clinical Trials Coordinator - Program Development Neuro Muscular Skeletal (1.0 FTE, Days) to St. Vincent East Pavillion in Portland , OR.
We are seeking a Clinical Trials Coordinator - Program Development Neuro Muscular Skeletal that will be responsible for facilitating all aspects of clinical trials within the Providence Brain and Spine Institute. Facilitate the conduct of clinical trials by working collaboratively with sponsors, monitors, investigators, regulatory/contract CRA, and IRB to establish research plans and project timetables and coordinate resources needed to ensure productivity and timely completion of project. Responsible for coordination, collection and delivery of research data and pertinent information to study sponsor. Assist with the implementation of QA tools and the conduct of QA audit as needed to ensure the adherence of study protocol and the compliance of clinical trials to applicable regulations; assist with development and implementation of departmental SOPs. Assist with training and mentoring new staff.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with internal and external members of the study team concerning review and initiation of new studies, prepare inform consent and regulatory document, report AE/SAE and protocol deviation according, and assisting with continuing review of ongoing study and close-out of completed study
Monitor the progress of assigned trial(s) to ensure that study activities are performed and data are recorded in accordance with GCP
Institute quality improvement controls for accuracy, completeness, confidentiality and integrity of research data
Required qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Health related field with three (3) years in clinical research experience -OR- Associate's Degree with (five) 5 years experience
Preferred qualifications for this position includes:
Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) -OR- Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA) certificate -OR- equivalent
Experience in neurosciences
