Providence Health & Services Office Staff Supervisor - Heart Clinic in Portland, Oregon
Providence is calling an Office Staff Supervisor to Providence Heart Clinic at the Oregon Clinic Building in Portland, OR.
In this position, you will:
Manage the non-clinical functions of the clinic (i.e., reception/registration, phones, appointments, and medical records).
Supervise the business operations and activities of the clinic.
Ensure that all non-clinical services within the clinic are provided in a timely and accurate manner which is sensitive to the patient‘s physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
Required qualifications for this position include:
2-3 years of experience in a progressive leadership role in a clinic setting
Strong written communication, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of healthcare environment, medical office policies and procedures, and human resource management practices
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
College level healthcare management course work
Experience with Windows and Excel-based software
Previous supervisory experience
