PACE Community Outreach Coordinator - Elderplace Marketing and Business Development at Providence Elderplace Oregon

The PACE Community Outreach Coordinator is responsible for development of relationships with diverse community organizations and community leaders within the PACE service area to build thriving relationships between PACE and the Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) community. Responsibilities include educating the public about PACE, organizing community outreach and promotional activities, and guiding interested elders into PACE enrollment. The Community Outreach Coordinator identifies and cultivates new relationships and actions to support PACE to best meet the needs of diverse local communities. The Community Outreach Coordinator also identifies opportunities to support the organization's goals for enrollment and evaluates results.


Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Social Work, Public Health, Health Administration -OR- equivalent education/experience

  • Two (2) years of experience with community based organizations, social services and/or health care programs

  • Two (2) years of experience in working with diverse populations

  • Two (2) years of strong understanding of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion work

Preferred qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar workforce integration role
