Description
The Principal Applications Analyst will play a critical role in the implementation and stabilization of Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM & HCM applications with specialization in Financials, Oracle Supply Chain Management systems, and other connected enterprise business applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Cloud Implementations and a proven track record of as a Solution Architect or a Senior Functional Consultant who has led key design decisions for Oracle ERP, EPM & HCM application implementations.
Possible required travel up to 10% of work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Financials and Oracle Supply Chain Management systems.
Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle Cloud Implementations, providing guidance and expertise to cross-functional teams and a liaison to the implementation project managers.
Provide active, hands-on support in designing plan & strategies to onboard entities on Oracle Cloud SAAS
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring the Oracle solutions align with organizational goals.
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and address system and process inefficiencies.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Deliver engaging presentations to senior level management, effectively communicating complex functional & technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Top Skills:
Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials and Oracle Supply Chain Management and associated functionalities such as Security (RBAC), Extensions, etc.
Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud Implementations & maintenance
Detailed understanding of Project management aspects for these type of implementations
Demonstrated ability to act as an Architect or Lead Analyst in Oracle Enterprise Business Application implementations.
Active, functional expertise in Oracle Cloud applications.
Additional Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving ability with a logical approach.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent presentation skills with confidence in presenting to senior level management.
Project management experience (helpful, but not required).
