Providence Health & Services Program Coordinator, Strategic Outreach in Portland, Oregon
Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Program Coordinator, Strategic Outreach to the Lloyd Building location in Portland, OR.
We are seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Strategic Outreach Team with a variety of administrative and operational projects .
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Provide a wide variety of skilled logistics and operational support to assigned projects, ensuring efficiency of the program.
Support the Program Manager with planning and coordination of all program activities, including but not limited to logistics for conferences, networking events and meetings.
Accountable for the management and upkeep of program expenses.
Manage inventory of conferencing supplies such as tradeshow materials, exhibit booths, fliers and other collateral used at recruitment events.
Work with Program Manager to ensure that all PS&D sponsorship activations are fulfilled and necessary resources are provided.
Manage CRM database for accurate data and reporting on event logistics and spend, as well as residency outreach results.
Support and administer research including, but not limited to content for externally facing one-pagers and PowerPoint presentations.
Lead and provide support with all reporting for both events and residency outreach.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum three (3) years of office experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing projects in a highly matrixed environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience and/or relevant certifications.
Experience in event planning and logistics.
Must have proficient experience in Microsoft Office for word processing, email, presentation, and spreadsheets.
Intermediate knowledge of CRM functionality. Experience with Avature a plus.
