Providence Health & Services Program Manager - Operations Integration in Portland, Oregon
Providence is calling a Program Manager - Operations Integration to Providence Office Park in Portland, OR.
In this position, you will:
Manage the organizational infrastructure that is needed to help optimize internal communications performance and improve operations, including ensuring accurate and updated presence for all employed providers in the online provider directory.
Serve as centralized support for clinic managers so provider information is gathered and maintained—and then linked to key central services and materials.
Support Operations Integration across the medical group in SharePoint and other internal communications systems and vehicles.
Fill a key position in the implementation of strategies and tactics to improve provider and staff engagement, which helps retain existing and attract new patients to a medical group that knows, cares for, and eases the way of its provider workforce.
Contribute to a culture of service excellence and best practices as it is dedicated to improving organizational support for employed providers across the state.
Support Providence Medical Group (PMG) leadership teams to assist with all aspects of operational onboarding and offboarding of providers into and out of the organizational infrastructure.
Work with Marketing & Communications in support of the online provider directory as the source of truth for provider marketing.
Serve as a marketing and communications facilitator for primary care clinic managers.
ProvidenceMedical Group in Oregon has more than 90 clinics and 800 employed providers whoserve across multiple ambulatory settings, including primary care, immediatecare, several specialties relating to primary care, retail clinics, and teachingclinics, Telehealth, and Clinical Services. To build internal organizationalsupport for our employed providers and connect them to appropriate and effectiveoperational and communications channels, we rely on high-performing integrationacross the medical group to create and maintain reliable infrastructure; thisenables our internal partners in central services (e.g., HR, IS, Marketing &Communications) to focus on fulfilling their business imperatives so that theymay optimally and strategically serve PMG in their functionalcapacities.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree relating to English, journalism, writing, communications, marketing, health care, interactive media, or related field
5 years of experience in professional communications or marketing
Experience with content management platforms such as SharePoint, customer relationship management databases such as SalesForce, and email marketing software such as Constant Contact
2 years of experience working to develop and implement strategic marketing/communications plans - and - 2 years of experience in health care
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Master’s degree
