Providence is calling a Senior Clinical Program Manager-TeleHealth - PSJH to Providence Health & Services in Seattle, WA.

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Program Manager-TeleHealth - PSJH to serve as a resource promoting the understanding, integration and application of telemedicine in healthcare settings. The Sr CPM acts as a liaison between the system telehealth serviceline (s) and partner telemedicine sites, leading clinical standardization and processes.The Sr CPM plans, coordinates and monitors the analysis, design, implementation, evaluation, optimization and maintenance of the clinical serviceline in collaboration with the Clinical Director, Sr Manager Engagements, serviceline leader(s) and medical director(s). This position collaborates with other Sr CPMs regional Telehealth Clinical Program Managers to design, implement, evaluate and continuously improve a standardized, system-wide telepresenting program as part of our system Telehealth strategy and workforce development plan. Caregivers in these positions are part of an on-call rotation to support systems and programs. Caregivers may also engage in travel across PSJH ecosystem.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Promotes highest attainable quality in the use of telemedicine

  • Stays current with telemedicine regulatory standards for assigned services and or region

  • Frequently updates knowledge regarding adult learning methodology and issues and actively seeks opportunities to apply this knowledge to practice

  • Partners with Clinical Director, medical director and serviceline leader to design efficient integration of telemedicine serviceline into patient care processes

  • Manages clinical serviceline protocol creation and modification to assure program quality

  • Partners with clinical leaders at partner sites to address clinical quality care initiatives and as appropriate with medical director (s).

  • Collaborates with Clinical Director, Medical Direcotr and Serviceline Leader to establish serviceline KPIs

  • Collaborates with data analyst, and leadership to create and maintain clinical database to include conducting chart reviews

  • Collaborates with regional Telehealth leadership to identify, define and implement Telehealth projects within their region including the evaluation of community need, development of timelines and implementation strategy, consistent reporting on progress of the work plan and the identification and resolution of barriers to the successful implementation and operation of the program.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Stroke Program: MinimumLicensure Requirements:Must be a RN with current license and meeting all state requirements tomaintain licensure in state where licensed to practice. MinimumEducation: Prefer minimum BSN.MinimumExperience: Prefer minimum proficiency leveltypically achieved with 5 years of clinical experience in stroke program.

  • Requires excellent leadership skills and anability to interact well across departments, facilities, and organizations.Excellent program management skills to effectively provide broad clinical andquality oversight while maintaining fiscal viability and success of program.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Prior stroke program management preferred; prior experience with JC or DNV stroke certification preferred

  • Master’s degree in Healthcare.

  • Prior and current experience within Telehealth industry.

  • 4 years’ experience in program management implementing multi-departmental or enterprise solutions.

  • Current nursing license in the state in which they practice.

  • Multi state license may be required in some instances pursuant to the development of outreach programs.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Thorough working knowledge of healthcare and hospital operations

  • Ability to work with administrators, clinicians, technology staff and other disciplines.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Ability to develop structures and processes to manage complex, interdependent work efforts.

  • Ability to implement programs on-time, on=budget, and within organizational guidelines.

  • Anticipates and takes personal responsibility for customer satisfaction.
