Senior Coordinator Donor Engagement
This position is responsible for the strategy and execution of communications for Providence Foundations of Oregon and for the creative development and execution of internal and external fundraising campaigns as assigned. Collaborates with foundation leadership to devise and execute communications strategies that inform and inspire the community 1) to financially support and advance Providence Foundations of Oregon strategic initiatives through philanthropic support and 2) understand the impact that donor support has on the health and wellbeing of the community we serve. The Senior Coordinator Donor Engagement is a seasoned communicator and storyteller with exceptional writing skills and experience in the management of publication and video production, electronic communication and social media, and creative multi-channel campaign development. Helps in maintaining a consistent brand for the Foundations of Oregon and will coordinate and collaborate with the regional MarCom team to ensure that communication assets from both the hospital and foundation are coordinated effectively between entities to ensure consistent messaging and maximize reach and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism -OR- related field
Five (5) years relevant marketing, communications -OR- writing experience
Experience in traditional and digital communications
Experience conducting interviews and crafting emotive human interest stories around a common theme
Experience producing collateral materials, newsletters and videos
- Experience working in healthcare, medical, academia, -OR- nonprofit setting
