Providence is calling Specialty Scheduling Coordinators to one of our various specialty practices in the Portland Metro Area

Looking for a rewarding career as a Specialty Scheduling Coordinator, scheduling office and hospital services for patients including scheduling appointments with external providers or ancillary departments to ensure coordinated care for patients and being a part of a cohesive and integrated network of caregivers? • Cardiology

• Dermatology

• Family Medicine

• Integrative Medicine

• General Surgery

• Internal Medicine

• Physiatry

• Women's Health OB/GYN

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2 or more years working experience in a medical clinic, office setting or administrative setting

• Extensive and excellent customer service experience

• Microsoft Office Skills, including computerized appointment scheduling (Outlook or other system)

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• Epic or other electronic medical record (EMR)

• Working knowledge of Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) & International Classification of Diseases (ICD10) codes

• Specialty clinic experience
