Providence is calling a Supervisor Operation - Laurelhurst Day Center (0.8 FTE, Days) to Elderplace I Laurelhurst in Portland, OR.
We are seeking a Supervisor Operation - Laurelhurst Day Center who will provide overall leadership and management for the day to day operations at health and social centers and co-located housing sites as applicable. Responsible for the general milieu of the site including the day center, dining experience, food service operations, reception and administrative support to interdisciplinary teams and functions. This position also ensures the clinic has administrative support for processing orders and supply management. The Operations Supervisor assists the Operations Manager with daily facility operations, including staff oversight, development/implementation/maintenance of workflows and onsite trouble shooting
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Provide day to day supervision and oversight for health and social center
Supervise ElderPlace staff, including hiring, performance appraisals and disciplinary actions. Assist in providing performance feedback to other Operations Managers for matrixed staff
Supervise support services on site at health and social center
Liaison with PHS and contractor facilities and maintenance reps for repairs and service
Foster collaborative working relationships between disciplines and support staff.
Required qualifications for this position includes:
- Associate's Degree or 5 years experience working with a frail or elderly population in a leadership role.
