Providence Health & Services Technical Operations Project Coordinator in Portland, Oregon

Description:

Providence is calling a Technical Operations Project Coordinator (1.0 FTE, Days) to Providence Office Park in Portland, OR.

In this position, you will:

  • Manage operational requests and supporting projects; primarily technical in nature, for Providence Medical Group (PMG) and Clinical Programs.

  • Have key areas of responsibility which include provider schedules, provider on boarding, system access, and procurement of computer equipment and applications.

  • Be required to have strong customer service and diplomacy skills.

  • Advocate on behalf of clinic customers to ensure the appropriate system and regional service teams (IS, Revenue Cycle, Move Services, etc.) complete their respective tasks in accordance with customer requirements and timelines.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s plus 1 year of experience in, healthcare administration, business, communications, or clinical field -OR-

  • Associate’s degree plus 2 years relevant experience -OR-

  • High School diploma or equivalent, plus 4 years of relevant experience

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Project Management Certification

  • Experience with Epic

  • CAP, WorkOut, Lean experience
