Supervisor-New Patient Call Center - Project Office at Providence Medical Group

The Supervisor- New Patient Call Center is responsible for the day to day operations of the Providence Medical Group New Patient Call Center. Provides ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of call center staff and processes to assure cost-effective and quality operations of the office. This position also provides information and expertise to the Manager and Director of Access Strategies by interpreting reports. The Call Center serves the Providence Medical Group in the areas of registration and scheduling of new patient appointments as well as Express Care appointments, new patient on-boarding, and provides general customer service to established patients who are routed to the call center. The Call Center also collects data regarding clinic access to assist the Manager of Access Strategies. Direct reports include Patient Experience Specialist Is, Patient Experience Specialist IIs, and Office Coordinator from the Call Center team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of education and applicable work experience

  • Valid driver's license

  • Auto Insurance

  • Three (3) years experience in a progressive leadership supervisory role in a clinic setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CAP and Workout certification

  • Experience in public speaking and speaking to medium to large groups

  • Call center management experience

  • Experience in managing telecommuting staff
